CANCELLATION POLICY

Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, as our team works diligently to process your order promptly. 

RETURN POLICY

 We gladly accept returns for new and unworn items within 10 days of delivery.

• Custom-made jewelry is not eligible for return, but may be eligible for reworking or adjustments for a small fee.
• Final Sale items (as marked in the product description) are not eligible for return.

Store credit will be issued once your return is received and processed, minus a $6 return processing fee. Refunds are only provided if the return is due to an error on our part.

Please note:

• Returns that are late or do not follow the return instructions may be declined.
• Return processing may take up to 2 weeks, depending on store volume.
